Sustaining Membership: Here’s How

The Common Hall is an amazing building with a rich history as a gathering place. For it to survive and thrive as a community center, it needs a serious and on-going influx of cash. Because we are committed to keeping the rent affordable, annual rental income is not anywhere close to what is needed to maintain the building, let alone pay for repairs and renovation.
